Customs House on Government Street, is a commercial building originally built in 1898. Consisting of seven storeys, this heritage building underwent a transformation into luxury condos with storefront spaces and a clear view of the harbour. This cast-in-place concrete mixed use project incorporated a large section of the existing heritage exterior facade. Phoenix Glass project highlights include the supply and installation of our 600D curtain wall, 3250WT/450T Window Wall Systems, 350T Thermal Doors, Glass Canopies and interior/exterior Structural Glass Guards.
