Originally constructed in 1898, this landmark building was transformed into high-end residential condominiums with premium commercial storefronts and unobstructed views of Victoria’s Inner Harbour.

This cast-in-place concrete redevelopment preserved a significant portion of the original heritage façade, maintaining its architectural legacy while integrating new construction.
