Established in 1992, Phoenix Glass was founded by glazing industry veterans as a family-run business built on craftsmanship, loyalty, and a deep commitment to excellence. Proudly Canadian-owned and operated, Phoenix Glass has grown into one of Western Canada’s leading commercial glazing contractors.

We specialize in the fabrication, supply, and installation of high-performance commercial glass and aluminum products. We design and manufacture our proprietary glazing systems locally at our headquarters in Delta, BC, ensuring precision, reliability, and consistent quality control across every project.

Phoenix Glass provides exceptional service across a wide range of industry sectors, including commercial, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family residential, civic and institutional construction projects. Our product offerings include curtain wall systems, unitized curtain wall, window walls, aluminum storefronts, doors, windows, structural glass walls, glass guardrails, sloped glazing, metal cladding panels, printed glass artwork, and fully customized glazing solutions tailored to meet unique project requirements.

Our strength as a company has always been our unwavering ability to find solutions to the most challenging design and engineering intricacies, making us a trusted partner on some of the region’s most creative, complex, and demanding builds. Since opening our doors, we’ve successfully completed thousands of projects throughout British Columbia—specializing in the Vancouver Lower Mainland area, Victoria BC, and the Vancouver Island region. We are active members of the Fenestration Association of BC, the Canada Construction Association, BC Construction Association and the Vancouver Regional Construction Association. We are proud to have earned the Certification of Recognition (COR) by the BC Construction Safety Alliance since 2015, illustrating our company’s ongoing commitment to safety.

 

Awards

Phoenix Glass has been involved in many award-winning projects over the years, contributing both creative thinking and technical expertise, working with exciting new materials and techniques to accomplish never-before-seen design features. In 2018, Phoenix Glass was honoured with a Silver Award of Excellence by VRCA for their cutting-edge work on the Harwood building. The stunning Central Presbyterian Church won the Popular Choice Architizer A+ award in 2020. In 2023, Focal on 3rd, was honoured to receive two highly-coveted Loop Design Awards, and we received both a silver and gold VRCA Award of Excellence in 2023, as well as a gold VRCA Award of Excellence in 2024.

Our Leadership

Jim Lebedovich
President & General Manager
Jim started in the glazing industry over 35 years ago at the age of 14 working for the family glass company. Over the years Jim has acquired extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of the business. Today, Jim provides valuable leadership and management to the team, has the ability to evaluate opportunities and risks, and executes innovative new solutions to challenges.
Sunny Minhas
CFO & Director of Operations
Sunny is a results-oriented CPA, CMA with extensive management experience in the manufacturing sector. Sunny is a detailed and dedicated team leader with a proven track record, focusing on implementing operational improvements that increase efficiency, streamline our processes while reducing costs for our customers.
Jamie Grounds
Purchasing Manager
Jamie is responsible for the procurement of all production materials, equipment and operating supplies, as well as inventory control. Jamie's versatility and resourcefulness lends itself well to Phoenix’s unique product lines and fast-paced environment. Jamie credits strong, long-term supplier relationships as a key reason for the company's continued growth and success.
Ted Roosen
Procurement & Quality Control
Ted has extensive management experience within the glass industry and acts as a key resource for the entire company with regards to glass. Ted’s can-do attitude and ability to foster relationships ensures our products are delivered on schedule while maintaining the highest level of quality.
Praveen Singh
Plant Manager
Praveen has been with Phoenix Glass since 1995. Praveen's 40+ years of experience in both residential and commercial glazing adds considerable skill and knowledge to the Phoenix team. Praveen oversees and manages fabrication and glazing of our unique products. His hands-on approach, expertise and knowledge has built strong relations with staff and throughout our industry.
Russ Krazanowski
Senior Project Manager
Russ has over 25 years experience in the glazing industry. His hands-on knowledge from years of experience as a Journeyman Glazier complement his skillset as an effective communicator and problem solver to lead teams during our most challenging projects.
