2131 Manitoba is a new commercial building in the heart of Mount Pleasant. This five-storey office building offers a total of 44,000 sf. of bright, modern architectural design and several environmentally-friendly features including operable windows, LED lighting and a high-performance curtain wall for energy efficiency. Phoenix Glass project highlights include the supply and installation of our 600D SSG curtain wall system, ACM soffits, glass guardrails and canopy glazing. Additionally, significant fire rated glazing was completed on this project.
