Redevelopment brings community revitalization to popular shopping destination
This redevelopment has mall owner Cadillac Fairview partnering with local developer SHAPE and GBL Architects to undergo the comprehensive mixed-use development on 27 acres. This massive project will create 2.27 million sq. ft. of new floor area, including 1.91 million sq. ft. of residential space and 362,000 sq. ft. of new retail and restaurant space, resulting in an additional 70, 000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Phoenix Glass’s work includes the supply and installation of a podium curtain wall, glass canopies, sunshades and entrance doors.Â
