Historic 564 Beatty Street restoration marries old and new
564 Beatty is an extensive heritage restoration of a circa 1909 building with a flair of modern style. The project transforms the building from a 6 storey low-rise to a modern 11 storey building complete with seismic upgrade. In keeping with the juxtaposition of traditional and contemporary, the finished building resembles a glass cube set atop the restored heritage façade.
