Brock Commons Phase 2 is an academic and student housing hub straddling the 6100 Block of Walter Gage Road. This project comprises an 18-storey north tower and 13-storey south tower that will provide up to 600 student beds, associated SHHS services, and a mix of academic and institutional space. Phoenix’s scope of work focuses on the south tower which includes exterior podium and up to level 6 of unitized SSG curtain wall glazing, interior curtain wall glazing, door and miscellaneous glazing. Project highlights include the use of high performance glazing, framing and cladding to ensure stringent project energy codes are met.
