Iconic development breaks the mold on urban density
Phoenix Glass is excited to have had the opportunity to help bring such a stunning and innovative residential building to fruition. One of the main design features of this building includes the bold window sunshade structures, cladded in gorgeous eco-friendly high-gloss wood veneer glass panels custom manufactured by Phoenix Glass, a first of its kind in Vancouver. These camera aperture-like details provide not only major style points, but are highly functional, controlling light and increasing overall energy efficiency. This project also includes extensive use of floor-to-ceiling high-performance curtain wall and glass doors throughout.
