Focal on 3rd is a new 8-storey building located in Mount Pleasant, that offers more than 30,000 square feet of office and creative industrial space. The distinct character of this building is created by the exterior façade which offers a playful pattern of glazing and textured terracotta panels. The façade grid of terracotta panels set into a unitized curtain-wall system emphasizes the vertically of the building.  Project highlights by Phoenix Glass include supplying and installing unitized 4 SSG curtain wall system, integrated with terracotta panels in the curtain frame and on the walls on the roof deck. Phoenix Glass supplied and installed all hardware associated with aluminum doors, operable windows and fixed glass.
