Phoenix contributes to environmentally conscious Oak Bay Secondary School
With construction already underway, Victoria area Oak Bay High is being replaced with a sustainably-designed building that is designed to meet LEED® Gold environmental standards and the latest seismic construction standards.
In addition to housing 1300 students, the building will play a large role in the Oak Bay community acting as a Neighbourhood Learning Centre (NLC) and performing arts centre.
With an estimated cost of $52.5 million, the project is a joint effort on behalf of Victoria School District and Partnerships British Columbia, led by Farmers Construction Ltd.
