Phoenix Glass is excited to announce they will be a part of The Post, a massive mixed-use project noted as one of the largest purpose-built redevelopments to take place in downtown Vancouver, B.C. in years. The project will welcome Amazon and their 3000 employees to the new building, as well as 185,000 sq ft of retail space including a flagship Loblaws City Market. Sitting atop of the retail podium will be two 15-story glass towers that will provide a total 1.13 million sq ft of office space.

Scheduled to be completed in 2023, Phoenix Glass will be assisting with the design and planning of the glazing scope. Phoenix Glass will also be fabricating and installing the podium curtain wall and heritage building glazing along with interior glazing throughout the building. Also in the works will be Phoenix’s interior and exterior glass guardrails and glass canopies.

Overall, Phoenix is thrilled to be part of such an exciting endeavour and look forward to working in partnership with PCL Construction and QuadReal Properties to create a truly once-in-a-lifetime development that maintains the history of Canada Post’s iconic structure while breathing new life to the area.
